Resveratrol and Exercise Capacity in Heart Failure

Does resveratrol positively impact exercise intolerance in heart failure patients? Dyck and co-authors clearly show that resveratrol is effective as a treatment for exercise intolerance in heart failure, not solely as a preventative strategy, and this may have important clinical implications for human heart failure patients.
